Get medical help once you notice an infection. Once you notice an itch, strange coloration of vaginal (menstrual) emissions, noticeable signs of infections — say foul odor, rashes or boils, see your doctor.

Generally, you should consume more fruits that contain natural sugars, including grapes, mangos, apples, and you should avoid consuming garlic, onions, spicy foods and drinking great amounts of coffee, as these ingredients contribute to the unpleasant smell of your vagina.
Baby wipes are also recommended for use, especially when going to the toilet, as they have natural pH balance and do not contain any perfumes.
